The River Bourne Edge Alternative Education - Different by Design

                                                                            Engage • Discover • Grow • Empower

The River Bourne Edge is a restorative and relational alternative education provision for children and young people aged 6–19.

Based within the unique environment of River Bourne Community Farm in Salisbury, we provide personalised education for children and young people who need something different from mainstream education.

We combine academic learning, recognised qualifications, practical education, personal development and restorative support to help young people reconnect with learning and recognise what they are capable of achieving.

Every learner is different. Their education pathway should be too.

Parent of a year 10 student

"My son has only been coming to the edge for a few weeks and he is thriving, we are having less outbursts, he is happier in himself, he engages more in his learning and is starting to listen better. He tells me everything he does and is a lot more patient. Overall everything is a lot more happier and positive! I’m shocked to see the change so quickly! This is definitely the place for my son to thrive - I would definitely recommend the River Bourne Edge."
